Effective June 4, 2026
By downloading or using Leaf Player (the "App"), developed by Xiaochen Cui, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Leaf Player is an audio player. With your permission, it provides read-only access to audio files stored in your own Google Drive (and, in future versions, on your device) so you can browse and listen to them. The App never modifies, creates, shares, or deletes your files.
Your files remain entirely yours; the App claims no rights over them. You are responsible for the content you store and play, and you agree to use the App only with content you own or are licensed to use. Audio cached by the App on your device exists solely to enable smooth playback and offline listening of your own content — it may not be extracted, redistributed, or used to circumvent any third-party terms (including Google Drive's).
The App connects to Google Drive under your Google account and is subject to Google's own terms and policies. The App's use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App — including loss of data. (Note: the App cannot delete or alter your Drive files; it holds read-only access.)
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always available at this URL, and continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
